At around 8am last Monday it is quite obvious that Kris Aquino’s twitter post shows her disappointment.
The reason behind her disappointment is an article ”To wed or not to wed: Hayden & Vicki, Junjun &Kris” by Millet Mananquil of Philippine Star last July 17.
In the article it shows that Millet had interviewed Mayor Jejomar Erwin Binay or better known as ”Junjun” Binay during Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago and former Interior and Local Government undersecretary Narciso “Jun” Santiago’s wedding anniversary.
According to the columnist, she saw Mayor Junjun alone, and she could not resist to ask him if he and Kris Aquino are really going out for a date.
This is what Mayor Junjun answered: ”Yes, we are good friends. We saw the Justin Bieber concert together, and by gosh, when you’re with Kris, everybody wants to have a picture with her.”
After this another question is raised, he was asked if he is open for another marriage.
Its been two years from now that Mayor Jujnjun’s wife Kennely Ann Lacia-Binay, or “Ken-ken” to her friends past away due to complication on giving birth.
The Mayor did not answer the question directly but he answered it with meaning.
The Mayor said, ”Why do people marry? Because of lack of knowledge… Why do people separate? Because of lack of experience… Why do people remarry? Because of loss of memory.”
What makes Kris Aquino Disappointment?
Kris Aquino was really surprised on what she have read on that article.
According to Kris Aquino’s tweet : ”I was surprised to see junjun & kris w/ hayden & vicki in the wed or not to wed front page teaser of Star yesterday.
“He was asked if we were dating & he said yes we’re good friends & confirmed our justin bieber concert w/ our respective kids.”
But what the TV host actress dismayed most is what Mayor Junjun’s answer of marrying again.
Kris said, “There’s a quote attributed to him about marriage, separation & remarrying. I know he tried to be witty, but it offended me.
“I know that’s not a reflection of his married life because from all he has shared w/ me, he & his wife Ken were exceptionally happy.”
Kris Aquino and James Yap marriage was only affected by the campaign during the election last year.
and since then she haven’t got out with someone after the separation with James Yap.
According to her tweet: ”In the 14 months since my separation, I haven’t dated anybody. I thought jun & I were friends but after what I read I’ve come to the conclusion a gentleman doesn’t really say stuff like that especially when it can be read as “patama” to his friend.”
“Justin Bieber was May 11, the wedding anniversary of Senator Miriam where the conversation took place was June 19 & the piece came out yesterday, July 17.
“A lot has happened in 2 months!”
however Mayor Junjun apologized to her, but Kris Aquino chose to avoid him to stop all false accusation to him and to her.
and to her last tweet: ”In conclusion, nag sorry si jun last night but I guess it’s truly best for us to just avoid each other so no more talk about us.”
