Asian Car Makers Corp., the Philippine distributor of BMW announced the launch of two luxury sports car – BMW 1 Series M Coupé and the 6 Series Convertible.
The 1 Series M Coupé or 1 M can hit 100 kph from standstill in just 4.9 seconds with a top speed of 250kph. It has a 3.0 twin-turbo inline-six under its diminutive hood that outputs more than 100 hp/liter.
The 6 Series on the other hand has a luxurious interior that can carry four passengers with buttons to electrically lower the soft top just a touch away. The 640i Convertible is powered by a twin-turbo inline-six engine with 320 hp, while the 650i carries V8 firepower that is good for 407 hp.
“The BMW 6 Series will add to the tradition of open top cars that embodies the hallmark proportions of a BMW convertible,” ACC sales and marketing director said during the launch.
The 1 M costs around P5.54 million while P10.7 million for the 650i Convertible.
