Filipino actor Joseph Bitangcol and five of his companions were injured in a road accident after their Mitsubishi Montero collided with a dump truck along Sumulong Highway in Antipolo City earlier.
Antipolo police chief Superintendent Robino Elfa named the other injured as Vanessa Becina, Karria Isleta, Mark Cendeno, James de Luna and the vehicle’s driver Leandro Ong.
Isuzu dump truck driver Victor Beltran was taken into custody by the Antipolo police and cases will be filed against him for reckless imprudence resulting in damage to property and multiple physical injuries.
